1.Initial Consult
We will meet in person to understand the vision and design for the project. This is where we lay the foundations for success
2.Preliminaries and design process
The Design & Planning phase is where your project begins to take shape. MultiRes has a great team of consultants who can add value to your project and design during this phase. We advise our clients to take your time to review, assess, provide feedback and make adjustments as necessary to design. The idea that the cost of making changes at this stage with the ability to make impactful refinements to the build is one to take serious advantage of. Ensure you involve all stakeholders, family and friends so that the project can be reviewed from multiple perspectives. Please seek our advice on constructability, suitability, efficiency and feasibility.
3.costs and inclusions
At this stage we will prepare you a construction estimate cost based on your design and building site. You’ll work with us to finalise your project’s inclusions and desired finishes.
4.certification and approvals
It is time to engage all relevant consultants to prepare your final documents for construction, including engineering designs and planning approvals. We will work closely with consultants to ensure all designs are cost efficient.
5.Construction
Upon completion of all of the above, construction can finally begin. MultiRes will do all we can to facilitate full disclosure with you during the building process. Open communication with your builder/project manager, along with regular walk-throughs of your property and regular progress updates, are all part of the MultiRes service.
6.completion and handover

The Completion and Handover Phase is critical to finalising the successful delivery of a project. MultiRes employs a more formal process to ensure the quality of the project at handover meets the high exceptions of Owners and Developers in today’s competitive property environment. MultiRes process involves a system of defect management that requires Owner input ahead of contract practical completion working with us to identify items that require attention so they can be rectified before Handover and we can handover a property that is defect free.
7.aftercare
Once your project is handed over, you can sleep easy. MultiRes offers a full 12-month defect maintenance period on all builds, giving you peace of mind that we will be there to support you while you work through this settling in period and you can enjoy your new property and investment for many years to come
